Almost ready

Accounts need a quick one-time connection to Supabase (free). Once it's connected, HOAs, property managers, and residents can each sign in.

1. Create a free project at supabase.com
2. Run supabase-schema.sql (SQL Editor)
3. Paste your Project URL & anon key into app/supabase-config.js

Set up your organization

Give your HOA a name. You'll get a join code to share so members can link their accounts.

Join your community

Have a join code from your HOA or property manager? Enter it to connect. (You can skip this if you're an independent homeowner.)
