I’m Luke, a Riverbottoms neighbor in Provo. I started my first lawn care business in high school, served a mission in Mexico City, and now run Larsen Irrigation so people can stop thinking about their sprinklers: prices on the website, a controller I manage for you, and one person who answers when something breaks. How pricing works: Sign up any time — your monthly billing doesn't start until we turn your system on for spring startup, so you're never paying through the winter. When you begin, a one-time Smart Setup ($249) installs your B-hyve smart Wi-Fi controller with a startup and full system check. From there the monthly plan covers management & seasonal services; repairs use a transparent fixed-price menu, and anything unpredictable is quoted before any work begins. Fall blow-outs and one-time work are billed when performed. Not ready for a plan? A one-time residential diagnostic is $75.

What does Larsen Irrigation actually do?

We manage irrigation so you don't have to — seasonal startup & shutdown, diagnostics, repairs, controller management, and simple issue reporting for property managers, HOAs, and homeowners. We call it Water With Ease — and it includes an app for reporting issues.

How does pricing work?

A recurring management fee covers ongoing management and defined seasonal services; repairs use a transparent fixed-price menu. Anything unpredictable is quoted before work begins. See pricing.

When does billing start?

Sign up any time — your monthly billing doesn't begin until we turn your system on for spring startup. So you can lock in your plan now without paying through the winter. Fall blow-outs and one-time services are billed separately when performed.

Do I have to sign up for management?

No — you can book a one-time $75 residential diagnostic or a repair. Our Smart Setup (the B-hyve smart controller install) comes with a management plan, but you're never required to sign up. Most property managers and HOAs find ongoing management saves time and money once they see the service history.
