How repair pricing works: Prices are per item with standard Rain Bird, Hunter and Toro parts. If something is unusual, like an extra-deep pipe or a specialty part, we tell you the price before we start. Anything not on this menu is diagnosed and quoted first.

Pricing FAQs

How does the irrigation-management subscription work?
You pay a simple recurring fee that covers ongoing management and defined seasonal services — controller management, startups, inspections, winterization, and issue intake. Repairs are billed separately using our transparent repair menu, so you always know what things cost.
When does billing start?
Sign up any time — your monthly billing doesn’t begin until we turn your system on for spring startup, so you can lock in your plan now without paying through the winter. Fall blow-outs and one-time services are billed separately when performed.
Can I cancel my plan?
Plans run 12 months from your spring startup and are billed monthly, so you never pay through the winter. Cancel anytime with no cancellation fee. If you cancel before 12 months, you pay the regular price of any visits already done, minus what you’ve paid. Nobody pays for visits they didn’t get.
How much is a diagnostic, and what is the Smart Setup?
A one-time residential diagnostic is $75 — a full photo-documented inspection with fixed-price repair quotes. When you start a plan, we instead do a $249 Smart Setup: a B-hyve smart Wi-Fi controller installed and programmed, plus your startup and system check. The smart controller skips watering in the rain and can save an average home nearly 7,600 gallons a year (EPA WaterSense estimate).
Do subscriptions include unlimited repairs?
No — and that keeps your price honest. The subscription covers management and defined recurring services. Predictable repairs use fixed menu pricing; anything unpredictable (like a buried-line leak) is diagnosed and quoted before any work begins.
What does a standard repair cost?
Every common repair has a posted price: a 4″ or 6″ pop-up spray head is $55 ($45 for plan members), a rotor head $95 ($79) and a valve solenoid $105 ($89). Plan members never pay a trip charge. You approve every quote up front.
Why are there three options for everything?
So you can pick the level that fits your yard and budget without a sales pitch. Most customers choose the middle option. Every price is shown up front.
Who gets the park strip rebate?
You do. Utah Water Savers mails the rebate to the property owner after the final inspection. We prepare your design and paperwork, and you pay us when the job is done. See your estimated rebate.
